The aim of these 1-day retreats is to provide an opportunity for you to pause and take a step back from the busyness of life. Through gentle guided meditations, you will be supported to reconnect with yourself by creating the space for open awareness to unfold.

During the retreat, there will be guided sitting and gentle movement practices, as well as the invitation for periods of silence. It is recommended that you find a quite space, wear comfortable clothing and have anything else which will provide comfort, such as a blanket or water.

4-Week Mindfulness Course

This session has been designed specifically for mums or mums to be.  Being a mum is both beautiful and demanding, often leaving little space for rest and self-care. This 4-week online course is designed to help you pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself in a supportive, nurturing environment.

Across four gentle sessions, you’ll explore practical mindfulness tools to ease stress, cultivate gratitude, and bring more calm into everyday life. Each week focuses on a different theme—breath and presence, body and emotions, relationships and boundaries, and everyday mindfulness—giving you simple practices you can carry into family life.

No prior experience is needed. Just bring curiosity, kindness, and a willingness to gift yourself this time. You are invited to find a quite space, wear comfortable clothing and have anything else which will provide comfort, such as a blanket or water. Together, we’ll create a space where mums can feel seen, supported, and restored.
