The courses available can be delivered online via Zoom or in-person:

.B Foundations - 9 weeks x 90 minute sessions

This course is designed to support employees reduce stress and manage their time effectively.

Mindfulness Based Living Course (MBLC) - 8 weeks x 2 hour sessions

This course supports employees to become more aware of the present moment, therefore increasing  work productivity.

Compassion Based Living Course (CBLC) - 8 weeks x 2 hour sessions

This course is a follow-on course to the MBLC. During this course, employees will learn how to become more compassionate to themselves and others, therefore increasing their ability to work collaboratively.
