Mindfulness in Schools Project (MiSP) Courses

The Mindful Zen is also qualified to come into schools to deliver evidence based mindfulness courses for children. Research has shown the positive impact mindfulness has for children in supporting them with their confidence, concentration and manging their emotions.  Haven already delivered these courses to hundreds of children, The Mindful Zen can tailor the sessions to meet the needs of your children. Sessions are experiential with oracy opportunities for children to share their reflections. Each session includes a PowerPoint, activities and invitational home practices. The courses on offer are:

  • Dots (3-6yrs old) - 30 weeks x 15 minute sessions
  • Paws b (7-11yrs old) - 12 weeks x 60 minute sessions
  • .Breathe (9-14 yrs old) - 4 weeks x 60 minute sessions
  • .B Foundations (teachers, school staff and parents) - 9 weeks x 90 minute sessions
